Capacity building
Norsk Energi actively disseminates experience and know-how related to energy efficiency and utilization of renewable energy resources to our partners abroad.
The main objective is to build local capacities and skills, enabling local partners to identify and develop projects, arrange financing, implement and monitor environmentally sound energy projects.
Norsk Energi has developed and conducted a number of capacity building programmes for national and local authorities, energy utilities, industrial companies and local consultants.
