Hans Borchsenius is an experienced consultant within industrial energy efficiency, renewable energy, district heating, CDM and JI.
He has since 1992 been involved in capacity building, project development and energy policy advisory assistance programs in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the Baltic states, China and West Balkan.
Experience from working with international finance institutions (NEFCO and EBRD).
Editor of the quarterly technical magazine “Norsk Energi”. Language: English, Russian and Norwegian.
